Shipping rates
Our priority is ensuring that your order arrives exactly as expected, and shipping prices reflect how much protective packaging must be used in order to get the product safely to you. Shipping costs are calculated by product size and medium. Larger products require heavier and bulkier protective shipping materials and incur a higher shipping cost.
Returns and exchanges
We offer exchanges or refunds for any product received that is not as ordered. While very rare, occasionally an item may be damaged during shipping; we will replace such an item for free. If an item arrives in packaging that appears potentially damaged, please take pictures of the packaging, including before opening it if possible, and pictures of any damage to the product, and email us at [email protected]. We will replace the order as soon as possible. If a refund is requested instead of a replacement, the item must be shipped back to us, in which case the customer is responsible for return shipping costs.
