After an afternoon shower this grizzly was out foraging on a hill above me, keeping a close eye on her cub all the while. I kept my distance at about 200 hundred yards, staying near my vehicle, but neither bear seemed at all concerned. The soft light beginning to peak through the clouds made the bear’s wet fur shine, creating one of my favorite bear photos.
